Buy a good electonic tuner -You will need to regulary tune your guitar and to ensure spot on tuning you’ll need one.

Be Prepared For Some Hard Work !

That’s right, learning how to play the guitar is a fantastic adventure, but it does take some hard work and persistence. Having this odd shaped instrument feels uncomfortable to hold, hurts the ends of your fingers, makes your wrist ache and generally feels very alien when you start ! Relax, take it slowly, and most importantly ENJOY the learning experience – it’s worth it.

There are many ‘Learn Guitar’ sites on the web, and there’s even a few that’ll say you can become a ‘Guitar God’ in 5 Days or less ! ( please, stay away from those sites…).
